The Youth Impact Forum 2025, hosted in the vibrant city of Istanbul, Turkey, is a transformative four-day event designed to empower the next generation of leaders. This global gathering brings together students, youth activists, aspiring diplomats, and policy advocates to engage with pressing global issues related to the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), policy inclusion, leadership development, and diplomacy. The event will take place from May 15- 18, 2025

    Covering all costs, including airfare, accommodation in 4-star hotel, meals and conference access.

  • 40 Partially Funded Scholarships

    Covering conference access, shared accommodation, and meals during conference.

  • 60 Funded Forum Access

    Providing access to conference, invitation letter, and meals during conference.

  • 100 Self-Funded Spots

    Guaranteed access for participants.

Selection in each category is based on your skills, experience, and motivation. Applicants applying for fully funded positions will automatically be considered for Forum Access slots. Those who do not qualify for fully or partially funded seats will still be evaluated for funded Forum Access opportunities.

4. Can I apply if I don't have prior volunteering experience?

While volunteering experience is encouraged, it is not mandatory. Applicants with strong motivation and other relevant qualities will also be considered.

5. What are the benefits of attending the conference?

Attendees will gain valuable insights into global governance, diplomacy, and leadership. They will also have the opportunity to network with experts, policymakers, and fellow participants from around the world.

6. How can I apply for scholarships?

Scholarship applications can be submitted through our online portal. Detailed instructions and deadlines will be provided on the conference website.

Yes, applications must be submitted by February 28, 2025. Early applications are encouraged as scholarships are limited.

Yes, participants can choose to self-fund their attendance. The self-funded category guarantees a spot at the conference.

Participants will be selected based on their application, demonstrating strong motivation, willingness to learn, understanding of global issues, and effective communication skills.

11. What is the dress code for the conference?

The dress code is business casual. Comfortable attire is recommended for cultural excursions.
