Application Fee: The application fee is mandatory, non-refundable under any circumstances, and applies to all categories. Applications that are incomplete will not be evaluated or considered for selection. 2. Notification of Selection: Selected participants will be informed via email. Confirmation of participation must be provided within the specified timeframe; failure to do so may result in the forfeiture of the scholarship. 3. Promotional Consent: By submitting this application, participants grant the organizers of the Youth Impact Forum 2025 the right to use their name, biography, and any submitted materials for promotional purposes related to the event. 4. Data Usage and Privacy: Personal information submitted will be used exclusively for evaluating applications and organizing the Youth Impact Forum 2025. The Center for Global Dialogue and Leadership (CGDL) will handle all personal data in compliance with applicable data protection laws and regulations. 5. Selection Process: An independent panel of judges, including prominent board members and experts, will oversee the selection process. All decisions made by the panel are final and cannot be contested. 6. Fee Disputes: Applicants who are not selected for scholarship categories cannot dispute the application fee. In case of disputes, the organization reserves the right to counter such claims, and the applicant assumes responsibility for any associated losses. 7. Scholarship Categories: A limited number of seats are available across Fully Funded, Partially Funded, and Self-Funded scholarships. 8. Event Liability: The Center for Global Dialogue and Leadership (CGDL) is not responsible for any loss, injury, damage, or theft during the event. Attendees are responsible for safeguarding their personal belongings, complying with safety regulations, and ensuring their own safety and that of others. The organizing team will be available to provide assistance if needed. 9. Legal and Conduct Agreement: By participating, applicants agree not to pursue legal action against the organization for the non-refundability of the application fee. Participants also commit to refraining from defamation in any form (oral, visual, or auditory) against the organization if dissatisfied with their assigned category. Violations of this provision will result in legal action. 10. Force Majeure The organizers shall not be held responsible for any delays or inability to fulfill their obligations under these terms and conditions caused by circumstances beyond their reasonable control. This includes, but is not limited to, natural disasters, pandemics, labor strikes, government actions, or any other unforeseen events classified as force majeure.
